Matt Anderson

I specialize in buying, selling, and developing investment properties and primary residences in Downtown, West Ashley, James Island, and Charleston Barrier Islands. Growing up on Sullivans Island gives me an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market. My extensive knowledge the Short Sale/Foreclosure process and the workings of the Board of Architectural Review (BAR) and Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) has proven beneficial for both myself and my clients when marketing and selling their properties. I'm proud to be a member of the Urban Land Institute’s local chapter and enrolled in their renowned Development Program, focusing on adaptive reuse of historically significant and environmentally sustainable urban properties.

With over a decade of membership in the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR), my commitment is to apply real-world expertise to assist clients, particularly in Residential, Multi-Family, and Commercial investments and development. I'm honored to be recognized as a top 1% producing realtor in Charleston, having received acknowledgment as a Realtor of Distinction for the past 6 years. Currently serving on the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and South Carolina Realtor Association Board of Directors, my passion is dedicated to adaptive reuse of historically significant and urban infill projects on the Charleston Peninsula.
