What To Do In Charleston On Saturday, July 9th
Palmetto Paddle – There will be a 3 mile fun course that goes up the Ashley River and a 8 mile elite course that goes into the scenic Charleston harbor. The race is open to all paddle disciplines and vessels with 8 or less paddlers (e.g. kayak, outrigger canoes, SUPs, rowed boats, etc).

Charleston Farmers Market – Located in Marion Square in the heart of Historic District in Downtown Charleston, SC, the CFM is open each Saturday, from April 9th through November 26th, 8 AM to 2 PM. There are a variety of local produce, plants, herbs and cut flowers as well as breakfast and lunch vendors, live entertainment and an assortment of juried arts and crafts from local artisans.

ReFORM Studios: Obstacle Course Fun Run -ReFORM studios is hosting another one of their Obstacle Course Fun Runs on Saturday July 9th at 10:00 am… but this time they’re pairing up with the South Carolina Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to help raise money for this great cause! The course will start at 10AM and end at COAST Brewing Company at 11AM where they will finish up with a celebration!

26th Annual Charleston Sprint Triathlon Series – The five-race Charleston Sprint Triathlon Series at James Island County Park features a 600-yard freshwater swim, 12-mile bike ride, and 5K flat run. Over 30,000 people have raced the series over the years, and the series has been honored as one of the Top Ten Charleston Signature Sport Events by the Charleston Metro Sports Council.
