Party At The Point – Join us for the best concert series in Charleston and a Memorial Day Kickoff – the 15th annual Party at the Point on Friday, June 5 with Banana Pancakes – The Jack Johnson Tribute Band. Banana Pancakes is a regional band made up of a group of seasoned musicians who came together to make a tribute to the “groovy stylings” and smooth sounds of Jack Johnson. The band is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Park Circle Films: Night of The Living Dead – Join us for the ORIGINAL zombie film! Night of the Living Dead follows a group of people trapped in a rural farmhouse in Pennsylvania which is attacked by unnamed “living dead” monsters. We encourage patrons to dress in their best zombie costume for this event. The audience member voted “Best dressed” will receive a free one-year Film Fan membership!

Earth Wind And Fire at Famiy Circle Stadium – The band has received 20 Grammy nominations; they won six as a group and two of its members, Maurice White and Bailey, won separate individual awards, they have 12 American Music Awards nominations and four awards. They have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Vocal Group Hall of Fame, received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and sold over 90 million albums worldwide. The band is also known as having been the first African-American act to sell out Madison Square Garden.

Spoleto: Romeo and Juliet – Shakespeare’s Globe makes its Spoleto Festival USA debut with a brand new production of Romeo and Juliet. Blackbeard’s Cove Anniversary Celebration – To celebrate nine years of serving the local community, Blackbeard’s Cove Family Fun Park is inviting guests to enjoy an anniversary celebration on Sunday, June 7. The park will host events and activities throughout the day, including balloon animals, airbrush tattoos, magic tricks, and live music. Attendees will also enjoy participating in “FUNdraising” opportunities to help raise money for local firefighters and police officers. The anniversary event is free to attend, and guests will also enjoy a free meal between 11am – 1pm, while supplies last.
