Palmetto Brewing Loading Dock Music Series – Join Palmetto Brewing for the 2016 Loading Dock Music Series. Live shows every Friday at 289 Huger St. Performances begin at 6, and the music goes until close at 10PM! Featured Food Truck this week is Short Grain!

2nd Annual Good Catch Oyster Fest –  Enjoy delicious, responsibly-sourced oysters from Hiser Sea Farms and St. Jude Farms, as well as sustainable seafood dishes from Good Catch partners The Lot, Middleton Place Restaurant, Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar, and Screen Door. Live entertainment by the The Bluestone Ramblers. This all-inclusive event will feature local beer from Tradesman Brewing Co., Cooper River Brewing Company and Holy City Brewing! Ages 21 and up only.

SC Stingrays vs. Brampton Beast– The South Carolina Stingrays have a home game at the North Charleton Coliseum as they take on the Brampton Beast on Friday night. This will be the first of two games played back to back, as they face off against the Florida Everblades on Saturday in North Charleston. Tickets range from $5 – $25 and are available on Ticketmaster.

Gaslight Street @ The Pour House – Soul music will never go out of style. Born in the musical bastion of Charleston, SC, Gaslight Street’s regional presence has grown behind their relentless tours throughout the Southeast and beyond. Featuring the unmistakably soulful lyrics and vocal duo of Campbell Brown and Whitt Algar, the band strongly stakes it’s place as worthy inheritors of the Southern soul tradition.

Charleston Night Market – Area ​Artists and Artisans will take over the Charleston City Market as  THE NIGHT MARKET continues this weekend! The Night Market is located in the Charleston City Market, Charleston’s #1 most visited attraction; a venue where over 50 area artisans, artists, food vendors, and local musicians gather together, each Friday, Saturday & night, to create a memorable evening. 6:30 pm-10:30 pm.

Go Red Run 5K – Support the mission of Go Red for Women, which is to promote awareness of heart disease as the #1 cause of death among women. Our goal is to promote a heart healthy lifestyle for the entire family while educating the low-country about heart disease and stroke which are, respectively, the first and third leading causes of death in the U.S.

8th Anniversary Oyster Roast & Bluegrass Block Party– Featuring All-You-Can-Eat Oysters ($25 a Person), Live Bluegrass Music from Palmetto Blue Band, HoneySmoke, Cane Creek String Band and Mr. Bonetangles and the Trubbanauts (old skool puppetry)! Event also includes Face Painting, Cotton Candy, Kettle Korn, Balloon Animals, Nostalgia Garage Classic Cars, Kid’s Craft Activities, Corn Hole Games, Hot Boiled Peanuts & More. A packed day full of Oysters, Bluegrass, BBQ, PBR and more to celebrate 8 years of business!

9th Annual Folly Gras – Come out to Folly Beach for the 9th Annual Folly Gras Festival THIS Saturday featuring dozens of food and artisan vendors, kids activities, live music and so much more! 4th Annual Cork Shuckin’ Festival – There’s nothing better than local, salty oysters in the Lowcountry winter. Grab your oyster knives for a shuckin’ good time under the oaks at Firefly Distillery and Deep Water Vineyard. Patrons are encouraged to bring cash and credit for oysters, wine and Firefly spirits tastings. Oysters will be available and other Food Trucks will be on site. This year includes a LASER SKEET SHOOTING COMPETITION!

Sullivans Island Fire & Rescue Oyster Roast – All You Can Eat Oysters , Hot Dogs and Fish Stew Available, T-Shirts etc Liquid Refreshments will be sold. No animals allowed. FOWLERS MUSTACHE will be performing. Advance Tickets $30 Door Price $35 Tickets on sale Harris Teeter Sea Island Shopping Center, Simmons Seafood ( IoP) SI Fire Station and SI Town Hall.

16th Annual Oyster Roast @ Miller Country Club – The fun filled night includes a silent auction, live music and a dj, but most importantly, all you can eat oysters! Other food will be available for the non oyster eaters. Available for purchase will be t-shirts and oyster knife sets.

8th Annual Chasing After A Cure Gala – The gala, which raises money to fund local research and purchase equipment for treatments and cures for childhood cancer, welcomes Charleston vocalist Quiana Parler as the featured entertainment. A former “American Idol” contestant, Parler performed with stars like Clay Aiken, Miranda Lambert, Kelly Clarkson and more before returning to her hometown of Charleston to form Quiana Parler & Friends Band.

Superbowl Party & Tailgate – This is an ALL day event. There will be a tailgate atmosphere outside during the day with tents, chairs, and tons of games set up, plus the projector of course. Tons of drink specials. Plus we will be raffling off multiple prizes during the game, including a brand new PS4 bundle with COD Black Ops 3!

Superbowl Party @ Tin Roof – The rowdiest Superbowl party in town! The big game will be on the big screen (with sound on) and ample of dancing room for the Halftime Show! There will be beer specials and a whole lot more. If you’re a regular to this party, then you know about the puppy bowl and other shenanigans. Please bring a dish if you want to eat any of the other dishes.
