41st Annual Fall Tour Of Homes – PSC will offer traditional self-guided tours of 6-7 private houses and gardens. These are REAL  houses and not museum or staged buildings. They have had modifications and updating but they are privately owned and only open once or twice a year.

Charleston Screams @ Citadel Mall – “Charleston Screams,” a haunted house inside the Citadel Mall,  is a local, family-operated attraction. The attraction is recommended for ages 10 and up. Tickets are available at the door for $10 per person.

When: Friday, 5 – 7 p.m.

Palmetto Brewing Loading Dock Music Series – Join Palmetto Brewing for the 2016 Loading Dock Music Series. Live shows every Friday at 289 Huger St. Performances begin at 6, and the music goes until close at 10PM!

Fall Evening Climb – Twilight Climbing on the Outdoor Adventure Park for access to all challenge course levels at Wild Blue Ropes! Come climb beginning at 6pm!

Charleston Night Market – Area ​Artists and Artisans will take over the Charleston City Market as  THE NIGHT MARKET continues this weekend! The Night Market is located in the Charleston City Market, Charleston’s #1 most visited attraction; a venue where over 50 area artisans, artists, food vendors, and local musicians gather together, each Friday, Saturday & night, to create a memorable evening. 6:30 pm-10:30 pm.

Fright Nights @ Boone Hall -The new version of “Fright Nights” features four attractions – the Cemetery of Lost Souls, The Crypt, The Gateway, and the Wicked Woods Haunted Hayride.

SC State Fair – The South Carolina State Fair is best known for bringing 12 days of exhibits, competitions, food, midway rides and big-name entertainment to Columbia each October. It’s ranked one of the Top 50 fairs in the United States.

Avondale 5K Run & Walk-The Avondale 5K is the 6th largest 5K in Charleston and the only one in West Ashley. Despite Hurricane Matthew and the race’s cancellation, over $55,000 was raised last year.

Lowcountry Trail Half Marathon & 5K – Take to the trails of Johns Island County Park during the Lowcountry Trail Half Marathon and 5K. Breathtaking fall foliage, moss-draped oaks, and native wildlife provide a scenic backdrop to the perfect trail run.

Johns Island Homegrown Farmers Market – The aim of Homegrown is to be a point of sustainable connection for the Lowcountry community. Homegrown also holds a mission of bringing interactive ways to educate your community on the health and environmental benefits of making sustainable choices. Homegrown offers classes, demos, and interactive opportunities for locals to be active in making sustainable choices in their lives.

12th Anniversary Block Party – The party kicks off at 12:00pm behind the shop at 334 East Bay Street. There will be a special lunch menu planned, and they will be cooking Wagyu burgers on the grill. Dough Boyz Pizza Co. will also be on site, and local craft beer will be on tap!

Edmund’s Oast Grand Opening Celebration – There will be free live music and games for kids and adults at the new brewery at 1505 King Street Extension. Bendy Brewski Yoga – Accessible and fun Yoga inside the brewery for 45 minutes followed by a flight or pint of craft beer! We always some mats to borrow and your teacher Michele is kind, fun and knowledgeable!
