7th Annual Charleston Film Festival – A 4 day celebration of all the best movies from around the world and around our neighborhood, the 6th Annual Terrace Charleston Film Festival will be sure to delight!

10th Annual Friendship Cup @ Kiawah Island – Now in its 10th year, a two-man tournament for male amateur players. The Friendship Cup is contested on the world famous Ocean Course, site of the 2012 and 2021 PGA Championship, and the Tom Fazio designed Osprey Point Golf Course.

Palmetto Brewing Loading Dock Music Series – Join Palmetto Brewing for the 2016 Loading Dock Music Series. Live shows every Friday at 289 Huger St. Performances begin at 6, and the music goes until close at 10PM! Featured Food Truck this week is Short Grain!

SC Stingrays vs. Atlanta Gladiators– The South Carolina Stingrays have a home game at the North Charleton Coliseum as they take on the Atlanta Gladiators. Tickets range from $5 – $25 and are available on Ticketmaster.

Johns Island Homegrown Farmers Market – The aim of Homegrown is to be a point of sustainable connection for the Lowcountry community. The 5th annual Rugged Maniac is returning to Boone Hall Plantation on March 12th with 25 epic obstacles and 1 rockin’ party! Register for the race and you’ll get a chance to run our 3-mile course where you’ll climb towers of shipping containers, rocket down a massive water slide, crawl through underground tunnels, and experience some BIG new obstacles (trampolines?!)

Bowl For Kids Sake 2016 – Come join us at the Charleston Rifle Club Saturday, March 12 for our signature indoor-outdoor event to support the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Carolina Youth Development Center program. Featuring bowling, cornhole, live music from The Bootknockers, local craft beer from Holy City Brewing and Frothy Beard and craft cocktails from Virgil Kaine, and meals provided by the Food Baby food truck.

Park Circle St. Patty’s Day Block Party – Come join the biggest St. Patrick’s Day celebration in the Lowcountry on Saturday, March 12th in the Olde Village of North Charleston.The celebration will feature live music across three stages, street vending and fare from Olde North Charleston restaurants, additional local food vendors & trucks, the North Charleston Artist Guild, a Kid’s Zone with jump castles and inflatable obstacle course, a fire truck, face painting, as well as the always favorite mechanical bull.

St. Paddy’s Pawlooza –  Bring your family and your dog and come out to North Charleston Wannamaker County Park for live music from the Michael Martin Band, craft beer, and food trucks! This dog-friendly gathering will include authentic Irish music, beverages (including craft beer), and food trucks. Of course, St. Patrick’s Day attire is highly encouraged for all – this means the pups too!

Vickery’s Spring Oyster Roast – There will be live music all day! There will be loads of oysters and amazing drink specials. The Tanzanian Education Foundation and Joy Moja will be there selling handmade items from Tanzania, along with a raffle to benefit the Tanzanian Education Foundation.
The $5 admission fee at the door will also benefit the Tanzanian Education Foundation.
