2nd Annual Latin Dance Festival – Join us for a Weekend of Latin music workshops, performances/dancing, and a community festival!! Instructors from around South Carolina and beyond will be teaching Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, Cha Cha, Afro-Mambo, Bachatango, Kizomba, Tango, and Zouk.

Charleston Farmers Market – Located in Marion Square in the heart of Historic District in Downtown Charleston, SC, the CFM is open each Saturday, from April 9th through November 26th, 8 AM to 2 PM. There are a variety of local produce, plants, herbs and cut flowers as well as breakfast and lunch vendors, live entertainment and an assortment of juried arts and crafts from local artisans.

Johns Island Homegrown Farmers Market – The aim of Homegrown is to be a point of sustainable connection for the Lowcountry community. Homegrown offers classes, demos, and interactive opportunities for locals to be active in making sustainable choices in their lives.

Kohl’s Truck Or Treat – The MUSC Children’s Hospital has partnered with Kohl’s to put on this community event promoting injury prevention and healthy eating habits through educational efforts. Kohl’s Truck-Or-Treat is a community collaborative event meant to promote injury prevention through educational efforts.

MOJA Arts Festival – 2016 marks Charleston’s 33rd annual MOJA Arts Festival: A Celebration of African-American and Caribbean Arts. Selected as one of the Southeast Tourism Society’s Top 20 Events for many years, the MOJA Arts Festival promises an exciting line-up of events with a rich variety of traditional favorites.

Park Circle Oktoberfest – The festival, subtitled “Welcoming Palmetto to the Circle,” is a free, all ages event hosted by EVO Pizzeria and The Brew Cellar featuring local food and beverages, vendors, live music, an address from Mayor Keith Summey, and a unique opportunity to learn about the future of Park Circle.

Pigs & Pigskins: The Tiger Tailgate – We’re inviting all our football fans to come out starting at 11am to enjoy $15 all you can eat bbq, some brewskis, and the company of your fellow tigers. Clemson will be taking on the Louisville Cardinals, and there’s no better way to get hyped for the game than with a tailgate.

Morris Island Lighthouse 140th Anniversary Lighting – Save The Light will be lighting the Morris Island Lighthouse for 4 hours the night of Saturday October 1, 2016 in celebration of the 140th anniversary of the first lighthing in 1876. A small dedication ceremony will begin at approx 7:00PM and the lights will be turned on at approx 7:30PM.
