March 2-6:  Charleston Wine + Food Festival – Charleston Wine + Food is a celebration of Charleston’s culinary excellence and renowned culture. This is a non-profit organization that benefits the next generation of culinary + hospitality talent through local scholarship programs. Visit the Charleston page to learn more about our beautiful city.

March 4-6:   Bach Festival @ First Scots Presbyterian – March 4, 7:30 p.m. Bach and His Circle: Music for Violins, Cello and Harpsichord. Nationally known Cynthia Roberts, baroque violin, and Phoebe Carrai, baroque cello, will be joined by Chloe Fedor, baroque violin, and Leonard Schmid, harpsichord, in a program of solos and trios. March 5th:  Front Beach Fest @ Isle of Palms – Come enjoy a day of shagging, line dancing and beach music with The Tams, thrilling audiences for over fifty years and Blackwater Rhythm & Blues Band, winners of the 2015 Carolina Beach Music Award for Rising Star and Song of the Year.

March 6-10:  17th Annual National Pro-Am Golf @ Kiawah Is.  – PGA club professionals* from all across the U.S., along with three of their members, will tee it up during the 17th Annual Kiawah Island Golf Resort National Pro-Am. The 72-hole stroke play event, sponsored by Club Car, will be held on four of Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s championship courses: Pete Dye’s world-famous Ocean Course, Clyde Johnston’s Oak Point (newly renovated), Gary Player’s Cougar Point and Tom Fazio’s Osprey Point.

March 12th:  St. Paddy’s Day Pawlooza – You don’t have to have a Celtic canine to join the fun – every dog’s Irish on March 12! Join us at North Charleston Wannamaker County Park for live music from the Michael Martin Band, craft beer, and food trucks!

March 13th:   Indigo Girls @ Charleston Music Hall – The Indigo Girls (Emily Saliers and Amy Ray) have spent thirty-five years performing together, produced fifteen albums (seven gold, four platinum, and one double platinum), earned a Grammy and seven Grammy nominations, and have toured arenas, festivals, and clubs the world over. It is rare to findmusicians together so long, rarer still with such profound successes.

March 1519th:  Charleston Fashion Week 2016 – Showcasing emerging designer and model talent across the East Coast, Baker Motor Company Charleston Fashion Week® has fast become one of the premier fashion weeks in North America since its founding in 2007. Held under the tents in Marion Square in Charleston, SC, this five-night celebration features more than 40 runway shows, the Emerging Designer Competition: East, the Spring Bridal Show, and the Rock the Runway Model Competition™.

March 16April 24th:  Festival Of Houses & Gardens 2016 – Set amid the ambience of the city’s Old & Historic District, this series of award-winning tours and educational events showcase Charleston’s distinctive architecture, history, gardens and culture. The tours provide a rare opportunity for guests to go inside the private houses and gardens of some of America’s most beautiful historic residences.

March 18-20th:  13th Annual Charleston Antique Show – The celebrated Charleston Antiques Show offers an extraordinary range of English, European, and American period furnishings, decorative arts and fine art, architectural elements, garden furniture, vintage jewelry, and silver–all from the late 17th to 20th centuries.

March 19 – 20th:  Pet Fest 2016 – Our pets love us unconditionally – so why not give back to your best friends by bringing them out to experience a day of fun, frolic and exploration? Pets and their owners are invited to join Charleston County Parks for a full weekend of exhibits, demonstrations, experts, entertainment, and more at Charleston’s premiere pet festival! Pet Fest provides an opportunity for local pet-related organizations and businesses to showcase their causes, products and services in a fun, animal-friendly environment.

March 20th:  World Heritage Oyster Roast – Hosted with the Charleston County Parks and Recreation Commission, the Charleston World Heritage Coalition invites everyone to the 2016 Charleston World Heritage Oyster Roast to celebrate the international significance of Charleston’s history and culture!

March 21st:  NEEDTOBREATHE Classic Golf Tournament – In 2013, the Commonwealth Cares Foundation partnered with South Carolina-based band NEEDTOBREATHE on the foundation’s annual charity golf tournament. By joining forces, they were able to bring even more awareness to an organization close to their hearts.
