Party At The Point – Its back! Enjoy live music, great drinks and beautiful views every Friday at the Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina for the concert series: Party at the Point. Gates open at 5:30 pm, and the bands take the stage around 6:30. Bring cash for admission and for the bar … and bring your friends! This weekend the featured band is Departure (the ultimate Journey tribute band).

Raise Red Party and Wine Auction – Join the American Red Cross for cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres, music, dancing and not-to-be-missed live and silent auctions benefiting the American Red Cross. Live auctions include a Napa Valley winery trip with airfare, a one week stay at a 3 bedroom, Kiawah Island oceanfront villa, a High Cotton specialty prepared dinner for 10 with wine paring at the restaurant, and a whole lot more.

23rd Annual Charleston Rose Show – Charleston Lowcountry Rose Society to hold 23rd Show at Cypress Gardens. Colorful modern hybrid teas, old garden roses and many other blooms will be on display on April 25 in the Heritage Museum at Cypress Gardens. New this year is a Rose Photography contest by the society members. The show draws both novices and experts exhibiting hundreds of local grown roses of every color and form. Tickets vary from $5-10.

The Charleston Home + Design Show – Charelston Home + Design Magazine announces the Charleston Home + Design Show on Daniel Island at Family Circle Stadium plus the Daniel Island Luxury Home Tour to benefit American Red Cross Carolina Lowcountry Chapter.  There will be a Home Show Happy Hour on Saturday, 25th, from 5pm-8pm with beer, wine, and catered food at vendor displays PLUS live entertainment by John Cusatis.

Shaggin’ The Cooper – Enjoy scenic views of the Charleston Harbor while dancing to live classic oldies and beach music. Beverages, food, and snacks will be available for purchase on-site. Admission is limited, so advance purchase is recommended.  For all ages; chaperone required for ages 15 and up. Fee: $10/$8 CCR Discount/$10 on-site (if available).

Owin Swift Winery Dinner at Hall’s Chophouse – Halls Chophouse is pleased to host a special culinary evening with Orin Swift Winery founder Dave Phinney, featuring a variety of unique and rare wines from across the globe expertly paired with an impeccable five-course dinner. Passed hors d’oeuvres include local soft shell crab, pineapple, and macadamia while the first course is a seared ricotta salada, roasted beets, and prosciutto. Blessing of the Fleet and Seafood Festival– The 28th Annual Blessing of the Fleet & Seafood Festival presented by East Cooper Medical Center and Harris Teeter is one of the most highly anticipated events of the year! The festival pays tribute to Mount Pleasant’s local shrimping and fishing industry, offering a boat parade, live music, craft show and lots of free activities with the picturesque Ravenel Bridge and Charleston Harbor for a backdrop!

Sunday Brunch Farmer’s Market – Come out to the Sunday Brunch Farmer’s Market every Sunday from April 19 – July 5, 2015. Come celebrate community with us and stock up for the week with tons of fresh, quality produce from local farmers and vendors. Enjoy live music, vendors, food & more!

Old Village Home, Garden and Art Tour – Stroll through the historic Old Village of Mt. Pleasant visiting six properties. Sample delicious food by local restaurant chefs while viewing local art work and watching Plein Air artists paint. Tickets are $45 each or $35 for groups of 8 or more.Refreshments will be provided at the Old Village Post House at 101 Pitt Street from 3 to 5:30 PM.
