9th Annual Palette and Palate Stroll – The Charleston Fine Art Dealers Association presents this annual walking tour through historic downtown Charleston. Attendees will once again stroll through the streets, making stops at local fine art galleries for an evening dedicated to fine art, unique cuisine and wine. 5:30pm-7:30pm. $45 per person. Multiple locations downtown Charleston

5th Annual Ladies Football 101 – All women across the Lowcountry are invited to come to the Fifth Annual Ladies Football 101 event, sponsored by The Citadel Football Association. This is a ladies-only evening of football, food and fun, Football 101 “students” will meet new Citadel Head Football Coach Mike Houston and his wife Amanda, as well as his coaching staff and their wives. All proceeds benefit the association’s scholarship fund. 4:30pm–9:30pm. $50 per person. The Citadel Siegnious Hall, 171 Moultrie Street.

Saturday July 19

IOP Beach Run 5k/10k – Get your Saturday off to the right start by running with the community on the beautiful shores of Isle of Palms! The races will begin and end at the Windjammer and prizes will be awarded for multiple categories. 8am. $25 for the 5k, $30 for the 10k. Windjammer Restaurant and Bar, 1008 Ocean Blvd

Yoga Under The Ropes – Lulu Lemon is offering a free, outdoor class at Wild Blue Ropes as part of their month of free yoga classes being offered all over Charleston! Donations are encouraged with 100% of proceeds going to Camp Happy Days. After the class, Wild Blue Ropes is offering 1/2 price tickets to climb and $5 will be donated to Camp Happy Days. Yoga starts at 9am. 1595 Highland Ave.

Charleston Variety Show – Brad and Jennifer Morantz are coming to Charleston with their Broadway passion by delivering an amazing, classic variety show at the Charleston Music Hall. Featuring a medley of the best of Broadway songs and including some Disney favorites. 7pm. $34 for adults, $19 for students. Charleston Music Hall, 37 John Street.
