Halloween Events In Charleston On Friday October, 27

Charleston Screams @ Citadel Mall – “Charleston Screams,” a haunted house inside the Citadel Mall,  is a local, family-operated attraction. The attraction is recommended for ages 10 and up. Tickets are available at the door for $10 per person.

Hocus Pocus Movie ShowingThe 2nd annual viewing of Hocus Pocus on the 3,000 sq ft videoboard this Friday! Gates open at 5:30 pm, Film starts at 6:30 pm. Food trucks, Full Bar, Jump Castles and dogs on a leash welcome.

41st Annual Fall Tour Of Homes – PSC will offer traditional self-guided tours of 6-7 private houses and gardens. These are REAL  houses and not museum or staged buildings. They have had modifications and updating but they are privately owned and only open once or twice a year.

Annual Coastal Carolina Fair – The Coastal Carolina Fair is in its 60th year, and is bigger and better than ever! The fair runs from Thursday, October 27th until Sunday, November 6th 2016.

Charleston Jam Cruise – Set sail aboard the Carolina Queen for an entertaining, 2 hour cruise featuring some great local bands, local arts vendors and a great time on Charleston Harbor with amazing views!

Charleston Night Market – Area ​Artists and Artisans will take over the Charleston City Market as  THE NIGHT MARKET continues this weekend! The Night Market is located in the Charleston City Market, Charleston’s #1 most visited attraction; a venue where over 50 area artisans, artists, food vendors, and local musicians gather together, each Friday, Saturday & night, to create a memorable evening. 6:30 pm-10:30 pm.

Halloween Events In Charleston On Saturday, Oct. 28

7th Annual Super Scary SUP Race – The race categories will consist of a 10K, 5K, kids race and a Tandem dog race. Each participant whether it be human or canine is encouraged to come fully decked out in costume in honor of the Halloween theme.

Charleston Farmers Market – Checkout the Charleston Farmers Market every Saturday in beautiful Marion Square and peruse the aisles, where you will enjoy a wide variety of 100+ Local Vendors, artisans and craftsmen, as well as farmers and growers!

When: Saturday, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Trick or Trot Fly 5K – The race will consist of a 5K walk/run and a 1 Mile Dog Walk with participants from both entered into a costume contest!  What better way to kick off Halloweek than with some exercise and a chance to win awesome prizes?!

Trick or Treat on The Creek – All day Sat and Sun, individuals, families and groups can rent kayaks and SUP for $5 OFF normal rental rates if they show up and paddle in costume*. Happy Hour rates begin at 4pm.

Johns Island Homegrown Farmers Market – The aim of Homegrown is to be a point of sustainable connection for the Lowcountry community. Homegrown also holds a mission of bringing interactive ways to educate your community on the health and environmental benefits of making sustainable choices. Homegrown offers classes, demos, and interactive opportunities for locals to be active in making sustainable choices in their lives.
