The Charleston Classic – ESPN Events has revealed the bracket for the 11th Annual Charleston Classic. The bracket-format tournament features 12 games over three days. This year’s participants are Alabama, Appalachian State, Ball State, Davidson, Northeastern, Purdue, Virginia Tech, and Wichita State.

7th Annual Smoke on the Harbor BBQtakes place at the Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina will be a fully sanctioned national event with the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS). This State Championship will feature Friday night wing competition and Saturday full on barbecue competition.

Holiday Festival of Lights – The Holiday Festival of Lights returns to James Island County Park in November for its 29th year. The annual light show is one of Charleston’s most beloved holiday events and features an estimated two million shimmering lights.

Charleston City Night Market – The Charleston City Night Market is an exciting showcase of more than 100 talented artists and craftspeople that occurs every Friday and Saturday evening from April – December.
